Binder vessels are subjected to many inspections serving to assure the best possible quality of the materials and design.
Inspection procedures
Adapted to each vessels range of applications these inspection procedures are defined by the quality officer on the basis of each order and documented on the respective forms.
Mixup check
Following the mixup check on the materials the vessels are then inspected for surface roughness and the quality of the welds. Our standard quality control procedures use measuring equipment for the ferrite content of the weld, dye penetration tests, and X-ray images.
Official acceptance procedures
Each official acceptance procedure stipulated by the respective pressure vessel regulations is conducted before the vessels are delivered to your address. It goes without saying that we can also document this with the corresponding certifications in accordance with AD instruction leaflet HP 0, the Austrian standards, SVDB, and § 19 WHG (Federal Water Supply Act).
